Cushman.  In January 2000, Carole Chiamp and Chiamp & Associates began an of counsel relationship with Hickey, Cianciolo, Fishman & Finn, P.C. Ms. Chiamp brought with her thirty years of experience in family law.  HCFF also has services for the deaf community, Kathryn M. Cushman is an attorney for deaf and is skilled in sign language.

While not all domestic relations cases involve divorce, certainly the most frequent cause for someone to consult an attorney is in contemplation of divorce. The emotional and legal process that accompanies the end of a marriage is usually new territory for those experiencing it. In an effort to ease the process, we provide some information about the divorce procedure and what to expect. You will also find suggestions for reading more about divorce and shared parenting on our books page.
