Asbestos defense of personal-injury claims, mold personal-injury and property damage claims, lead-based paint litigation, welding fume exposures and exposures to benzene, latex, talc, silica, hard metals, poly aromatic hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, paints, coatings, solvents, and plasticizers. We have defended these claims in the context of both benign and malignant diseases, including lung cancers, asbestosis, Mesothelioma and other cancers, "multiple chemical sensitivity", "chronic fatigue syndrome," neurologic disorders and claims for increased risk of cancer, fear of cancer and medical monitoring.
